Selection procedure for renovation of Elburg town hall

Summary

The tender concerns the extensive renovation and extension of Elburg town hall, covering approximately 5,500 m². The works include construction-site organisation, demolition, building, structural and building-services works, external-area works and temporary arrangements to maintain the municipality’s operations. The contractor must further develop the design into an execution-ready design and keep the Koepel and Voorhuis buildings operational during the renovation. The estimated contract value is EUR 20,600,000 excluding VAT and the planned duration is 20 months. This is a two-stage restricted procedure: up to five candidates will be invited to submit a tender after the selection phase. Requests to participate must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 25 September 2026 at 12:00. No tender guarantee is required and variants are not permitted.
