Painting works – interior and exterior painting of buildings and civil objects

Summary

Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe is issuing a framework agreement for interior and exterior painting works on buildings and civil objects in the Veluwe region. The aim is to select reliable and capable contractors to perform painting works, maintenance, repairs and surface treatments in accordance with agreed quality and performance requirements. The works are mainly exterior painting on buildings and civil structures and may include interior painting. The framework allows an unspecified number of contractors; any bidder meeting the requirements (see Chapter 4) may be admitted. Based on historical expenditures, the estimated contract value is about 2.4 million euros excluding VAT over the term, with an annual value of about 400,000 euros. A contingency of 50% has been applied, resulting in a ceiling of 3.6 million euros over the term. Details and requirements are in the tender documents.
