Summary

This procurement concerns the interior planting maintenance for Koning Willem I College across all locations. The contract covers the qualitative maintenance and care of existing interior plants, including a zero-meter inventory and validation, ongoing registration of the plant stock, mutations processing, and reporting and invoicing, as well as KPI monitoring and a Social Return (SROI) obligation of 2%. The aim is to conclude a framework agreement with a single contractor for four years, with one optional one-year extension (4+1), covering all 14 KW1C sites. The supplier must present a concrete plan for implementation and start-up, a robust registration and reporting system, and a sustainability approach focused on plant selection, replacement, and sustainable handling of plants and containers.
