Heart valves and annuloplasty rings

Summary

Amsterdam UMC is procuring heart valves and annuloplasty rings under a framework agreement with multiple suppliers. The procurement is divided into five lots: 1) biological aortic and mitral valves, 2) biological sutureless aortic valves, 3) biological aortic root prostheses, 4) mechanical mitral and aortic valves, and 5) annuloplasty rings. The initial contract term is 2 years, with up to three optional one-year extensions. Tenders will be evaluated on the basis of the best price-quality ratio: quality accounts for 700 points and price for 300 points. Bidders must submit properly signed qualification and compliance documents, demonstrate CE marking, and meet detailed clinical, technical, logistics and delivery-reliability requirements. Tenders must be submitted by 18 September 2026 at 12:00 and remain valid for 9 months.
