Hot Drinks Provision

Summary

The procurement seeks one supplier for Aeres to supply and install hot-drink vending machines at all locations listed in the tender documents and to provide preventive and corrective maintenance. The machines will be installed with maintenance at no cost to the contracting authority and will be subject to rental periods; coffee and other required ingredients will be charged based on actual consumption. The framework agreement may last up to eight years: a fixed five-year period followed by three possible one-year extensions. Estimated turnover is EUR 135,000 excluding VAT per year. Tenders will be evaluated using the best price-quality ratio, covering price, implementation plan, maintenance and repair, sustainability and ease of cleaning. The winner will generally be determined by the lowest comparison price. The bidder must demonstrate comparable work for a client with at least ten geographically dispersed locations, valued at at least EUR 125,000 including VAT in the 2025 financial year, and must submit all required forms and documents by 2 November 2026 at 10:00.
