Tender detail
Monitoring of aquatic and riparian plants in flowing waters 2027–2032
Summary
The tender concerns monitoring aquatic and riparian plants in flowing waterways managed by Rijkswaterstaat during 2027–2032. It is divided into two lots: Lot A covers, among other things, monitoring including reed-bed mapping and reporting, while Lot B covers monitoring of aquatic and riparian plants in flowing waters. A bidder may tender for one or both lots, but normally may be awarded only one lot; bidders tendering for both lots must identify a preferred lot. The planned contract term is 6 years, with two unilateral 3-year extension options for each lot. The estimated total value including option years is EUR 2,237,783 excluding VAT; the estimated value of Lot A is EUR 1,475,250 and Lot B EUR 762,533. These amounts do not guarantee any turnover. The tender deadline is 29 October 2026 at 12:00. Quality accounts for 60% and price for 40% of the evaluation. Bidders must submit the required references, ISO 9001 evidence, register extract, acceptance declaration, European Single Procurement Document, quality responses and pricing form, and comply with Rijkswaterstaat requirements on information security, social return, confidentiality and the use of artificial intelligence.
