Selection procedure for the sale of residential building plots at Korstenhof Zuid, Boerdonk

The municipality of Meierijstad is seeking a developer for the sale and risk-bearing development of 32 homes on the Korstenhof Zuid site in Boerdonk. The project includes 18 terraced houses, 2 detached houses and 12 back-to-back homes, with 12 low-priced, 17 mid-priced and 3 high-priced homes. The minimum land bid is EUR 2,260,000 excluding VAT, and the permitted range is EUR 2,260,000 to EUR 2,760,000. The project is planned over five years, with one construction phase per year.
