High-quality executive transport and taxi services

Summary

The tender covers high-quality executive transport for the mayor, council members and senior management, as well as regular taxi transport for municipal employees in Westland. The contract is planned to start on 1 January 2027 and run until 31 December 2028, with an option for up to two one-year extensions, for a maximum duration of 48 months. Only one operator will be selected. Bids must be submitted electronically by 4 November 2026 at 12:00. Evaluation is based on price (25%), the proposed approach (30%), the quality and involvement of drivers (30%), and arrangements for confidentiality, integrity and discretion (15%). A tender guarantee is not required. During contract performance, the supplier must also meet a social-return obligation equal to 3% of the total contract value and provide the required evidence.
