Council information system

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, implementation, data migration, integration, maintenance and user support of an integrated council information system as a SaaS solution for the Municipality of Renkum. The solution must include meeting and management information functions, a public portal, live streaming, video recordings, and support for preparing, approving and archiving decisions. The contract will be awarded to one supplier for four years from 1 January 2027, with two possible two-year extensions; the solution must be fully operational by 1 July 2027 at the latest. The estimated total contract value is EUR 480,000 excluding VAT, and the system will serve approximately 220–240 users, with pricing based on up to 300 registered users. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 12:00 on 27 October 2026. Tenders will be scored out of 100 points: usability 25, implementation and migration 15, service and support 20, desired additional features 15, and price 25 points.
