Summary

Alfa-college is procuring accountancy and audit services from 2027 for a period of up to eight years. The services cover the annual financial statement audit, including interim and final audits, preparation of a management letter, auditor's report and audit opinion, funding-data verification with an Assurance report, separately requested audits, and advisory support. The service must comply with education-sector reporting and audit requirements and provide a permanent team experienced with publicly funded vocational education institutions, regular communication and a secure digital portal. The estimated value is approximately EUR 175,000 per year including VAT. The contract starts on 1 January 2027 and may be terminated by the contracting authority with six months' notice. Bidders must submit a compliant ESPD, a reference, an AFM licence, answers to the open questions and a price sheet. Tenders must be submitted by 2 November 2026 at 09:00. Price and quality are assessed, and a minimum score of 26 points is required for the open questions.
