Wmo aids procurement for Kempen, Dommelvallei+ and A2 municipalities

Summary

The procurement covers the selection, fitting, delivery, maintenance, servicing, collection and repair of medical aids under the Wmo, and insurance where necessary. Most aid categories will be provided on a rental basis, with limited exceptions. The estimated value is EUR 42,000,000. The contract is planned to run from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2031 and may be extended up to three times for one year each. Tenderers must meet requirements concerning business liability insurance, environmental and quality management certificates, and reference experience. The evaluation considers price, communication, cooperation and client-oriented service, continuity and implementation, and the use of zero-emission vehicles.
