Liability Insurance and Good Employer Insurance

Summary

The tender covers liability insurance for Provincie Zeeland and good employer insurance, or an equivalent solution, for employees and hired personnel. The insurances are procured together in two interlinked lots and will be awarded to one bidder. The planned contract term is 3 years, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with an option for up to three 12-month extensions. Instead of good employer insurance, bidders may also offer workers’ accident cover during working hours or 24-hour accident insurance. The evaluation consists of 60% for the liability insurance premium and additional costs, 9% for service-module prices and 31% for quality. The tender must be submitted electronically and prepared fully in accordance with the tender documents and their annexes.
