Supply of workwear

Summary

The tender covers the supply of high-visibility and workwear for approximately 265 users of Stadswerk 072 N.V. and RegioGroen, including stock management, measuring and alterations, an online application, ordering, logistics and returns. The contract runs from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2029, with an option for the contracting authority to extend it unilaterally twice for up to two years each time. Tenders must be submitted by 2 November 2026 at 13:00. The procurement consists of one lot and will be awarded on the basis of the best price-quality ratio: price 40% and qualitative award criteria 60%. The tenderer must participate in a garment assessment session and provide the required samples. The services include, among other things, delivery within 5 working days for stock items, 10 working days for ordered and altered items, and 15 working days for made-to-measure items. The tenderer must also allocate 5% of the total contract value excluding VAT to social return measures and comply with workwear, safety, quality, environmental and supply-chain responsibility requirements.
