THOR radio communication system

Summary

Gemeente Almere is procuring an integrated radio communication system for the THOR team, including devices, a Push-to-Talk platform, dispatcher solution, network service, implementation and maintenance. The system must be fully operational and accepted by 1 January 2027 at the latest. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029 and may be extended twice by up to one year, until 31 December 2031 at the latest.
