Delivery, installation and commissioning of audiovisual equipment for Pyhäjoki’s new municipal hall

Summary

Pyhäjoki Municipality is procuring the audiovisual equipment system for its new municipal hall. The scope includes the equipment and accessories, delivery, installation, assembly, programming, commissioning, testing, documentation and user training, together with the software, licences and other components needed for a complete, operational system. Delivery and installation are provisionally scheduled for 1 December 2026 to 10 January 2027; equipment with longer lead times may be installed later by agreement.
