Multifunctional printers and printing and copying paper

Summary

The tender has two lots: Lot 1 covers the delivery, installation, maintenance and cloud-based print and scan software for approximately 95 multifunctional devices, while Lot 2 covers the supply of printing and copying paper through an ordering portal connected to AFAS. Bidders may tender for one or both lots. The contracts are planned to start on 1 April 2027; Lot 1 runs for 60 months with two possible one-year extensions, and Lot 2 runs for 36 months with two possible two-year extensions. Tenders must be submitted by 12:00 on 2 November 2026. Lot 1 is evaluated on service delivery (20%), the SaaS platform (40%) and price (40%); Lot 2 is evaluated on logistics, service and sustainability (30%) and price (70%). The highest-ranked bidder for Lot 1 must complete a free proof-of-concept. Bidders must also meet the Dutch-language communication requirement and provide the required insurance, references, ISO certifications, technical compliance information and fully completed price forms.
