Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of Electrical and Mechanical Installations

Summary

The tender covers preventive and on-demand corrective maintenance, inspections, fault response and maintenance planning for the electrical and mechanical installations in the municipal buildings of Weststellingwerf and Ooststellingwerf. It is a framework agreement divided into two lots: Weststellingwerf and Ooststellingwerf. A bidder may tender for one or both lots, and both lots may be awarded to the same bidder. The estimated total value is EUR 1,650,000 excluding VAT: approximately EUR 850,000 for Weststellingwerf and EUR 800,000 for Ooststellingwerf. The term is 8 years, initially 2 years with an option to extend up to three times by 2 years. The services also include 24/7 emergency response, periodic inspections, reporting and compliance with applicable requirements. The contractor must allocate 2% of the total contract value to social return. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 3 November 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 40 points and the quality of the maintenance and emergency-response plan carries 60 points. The quality plan must be submitted as a PDF of no more than 6 A4 pages including annexes. Bidders must be prepared to demonstrate the required insurance, certificates, professional competence, references, 24/7 emergency service capability and properly completed tender forms.
