Ale!Kino – Purchase of a Digital Cinema Projector

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase, delivery, installation, commissioning and training for a complete certified DCI digital cinema projection set with a minimum resolution of 2K for Ale!Kino in Libiąż. The set includes one DCI digital cinema projector, one suitable lens, one DCI cinema server, one projection-control laptop, and delivery, installation, configuration and operator training. The equipment must be factory-new, produced no earlier than 2025, unused for exhibitions or trade fairs, technically functional, complete, safe, compliant with applicable standards and sourced directly from the manufacturer or an authorised distribution channel. The contract must be completed within 40 calendar days of signing. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026 at 09:00. Evaluation is based on gross price (60%), warranty period (30%) and technical parameters, specifically projector brightness (10%). The minimum warranty is 24 months and the minimum projector brightness is 8,000 lumens.
