Supply of PMD bags

Summary

Circulus B.V. is procuring the supply and related services for approximately 7,680,000 PMD waste bags per year: about 2,600,000 folded in plastic bags and 5,080,000 supplied on rolls. The bags are used to collect plastic packaging, metal packaging and beverage cartons. The contract is planned for 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2028, with two possible one-year extensions. The procurement has one lot and one supplier will be selected. Price is the only award criterion and carries 100% of the weighting. Bids must be submitted electronically by 16 October 2026 at 10:00. The tenderer must comply with the technical specification, provide samples and accept the draft agreement without conditions.
