Purchase of year-round uniform fabric

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of year-round uniform fabric in three lots. Lot 1 covers 6,900 linear metres of khaki fabric, consisting of 5,000 metres in the basic order and up to 1,900 metres under an option. Lot 2 covers 900 linear metres of navy fabric, consisting of 500 metres in the basic order and up to 400 metres under an option. Lot 3 covers 100 linear metres of steel-coloured fabric in the basic order. Bids may be submitted for all lots. The fabric must comply with the contracting authority’s requirements, be new and come from current production. The minimum warranty is 24 months from release from storage for use, while the maximum storage period is 5 years. The basic order must be delivered within 60 days of contract signature and no later than 16 December 2026. If an option is exercised, it must be delivered within 60 days of the option notice and no later than 16 December 2026. The option notice may be issued within 30 days of contract signature. Offers are evaluated by price (60%), delivery time (30%) and warranty period (10%). The submission deadline is 15 September 2026 at 10:00, and the tender must be submitted electronically in Polish.
