Managed Services and Consultancy for the Microsoft 365 Environment

Summary

The contracting authority is seeking one long-term service provider to manage, maintain and further develop its Microsoft 365 environment, including custom applications and collaboration environments. The scope covers preventive, proactive and corrective managed services, a weekly on-site support day at Schiphol-Oost, knowledge sharing, and on-call consultancy for Azure-related interfaces, development and architecture advice. The estimated total value is EUR 3,000,000 excluding VAT over a maximum term of 10 years: an initial 2-year period followed by four optional 2-year extensions. The authority has no obligation to purchase the estimated volume, and consultancy is ordered on demand. The submission deadline is 23 October 2026 at 13:00. Bids are evaluated using the best price-quality ratio: price accounts for 40% and quality for 60%. Price includes a fixed annual fee for managed services and a consultancy hourly rate.
