Collective occupational disability insurance for the Municipality of Leudal

Summary

The Municipality of Leudal is procuring a collective occupational disability insurance policy for its employees, starting on 1 January 2027. The initial contract term is three years, with an option for two one-year extensions. As at 31 December 2025, the municipality had 308 employees and an uncapped SV payroll of EUR 15,676,095.81 for 2025. The insurance must cover partial and full occupational disability, including specified income supplements, premium exemptions, pension accrual support and other additional benefits. Bids must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 15 October 2026 at 16:00. Awarding is based on the best price-quality ratio: financial aspects carry 83% and service quality 17%.
