Framework agreement for traffic signal installations in Assen

Summary

Gemeente Assen intends to conclude a four-year framework agreement with one supplier or a consortium for the supply, installation, connection, commissioning and maintenance of traffic signal installations and traffic control equipment. The scope includes approximately 10 traffic signal controllers, their software and iVRI components, signal lights, detectors, cables, poles, temporary traffic measures, testing, and preventive and corrective maintenance. The estimated framework value is EUR 2,500,000 excluding VAT; the main term runs from 1 July 2027 to 30 June 2031, with two optional one-year extensions. Tenders must be submitted digitally by 2 November 2026 at 10:00. Price carries 50 points and quality 50 points. The supplier must also account for a 2% Social Return obligation for each awarded order, calculated excluding VAT.
