WGA own-risk insurance

Summary

The tender concerns a new WGA own-risk insurance policy for the Municipality of Almelo, starting on 1 January 2027. The policy must cover all attributable WGA benefit costs, including employer charges, statutory indexation, claims arising from sickness from 1 January 2027 onward and run-off risk. The contract lasts three years, with up to three one-year extensions, for a maximum duration of six years. Bids must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 13 October 2026 at 12:00. Awarding is based on the best price-quality ratio: price carries 80 points and reintegration support, reimbursements and budgets carry 20 points.
