Jet fuel stock refreshment and relocation

Summary

The tender covers a combined sale and purchase of Jet A-1 aviation fuel under COVA Framework Agreement No. COVA/2024/1. The selected party must sell 75,300 m³ at 15°C, approximately 60,300 tonnes, on FOB Incoterms 2020 terms from Evos Ghent, and purchase at least the same quantity for delivery DPU Incoterms 2020 into tanks at Bantry Bay. Loading starts on 14 September 2026, purchase deliveries may start on 1 October 2026, and both operations must be completed by 31 October 2026. Participation is limited to parties that have concluded the framework agreement with COVA. The fuel must comply with Defence Standard 91-091 Issue 18 and the required quality, testing, certification, traceability, terminal safety and shipping rules. The bid must be an all-in total price; price is the only award criterion, with a 100% weighting.
