Irregular supply of liquid fuels for cashless refuelling of official vehicles and engine equipment at the supplier’s fuel stations for the Koszalin fire service

Summary

The tender concerns the successive supply of unleaded Pb95 petrol and diesel fuel, with optional AdBlue and non-fuel products, through cashless refuelling at the supplier’s stations in Koszalin and throughout Poland. Estimated quantities are 8,000 litres of petrol and 63,000 litres of diesel over the two-year contract period from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2028. The supplier must provide at least 35 vehicle-specific cards and 5 named or bearer cards within 10 working days of the request, ensure 24/7 refuelling for passenger and heavy vehicles, and maintain at least two suitable stations in Koszalin within 6 km by public-road route from the contracting authority’s headquarters. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 15 September 2026 at 10:00. Evaluation is based on price (30%), discount (40%), the number of stations in Koszalin (15%), and the number of stations elsewhere in Koszalin County (15%).
