Summary

The tender concerns occupational health services for the Municipality of Breda, including sickness absence guidance, prevention and support for sustainable employee employability. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 for employees covered by the municipality’s collective labour agreement, with an estimated value of EUR 4,000,000, and Lot 2 for employees covered by the ‘Aan de slag’ and ‘SW’ collective labour agreements, with an estimated value of EUR 2,000,000. One or a maximum of two service providers will be contracted. Bids may be submitted for and awarded for both lots. The planned service period starts on 1 July 2027 for Lot 1 and on 1 August 2027 for Lot 2; both lots run until 30 June 2030 and may be extended up to three times. The bid submission deadline is 2 November 2026 at 11:00. Electronic submission is allowed, no tender guarantee is required, and bids must remain valid for 120 days.
