Supply and Analysis of NH₃ Passive Samplers (Diffusion Tubes) for the MAN Network and additional projects

Summary

The tender covers the monthly supply of unexposed ammonia (NH₃) passive samplers (diffusion tubes), laboratory analysis of exposed tubes supplied by RIVM, and digital reporting of validated results for the Dutch ammonia monitoring network and additional projects. Field deployment, return logistics and RIVM’s internal data processing are excluded. Expected volumes are approximately 6,600 tubes per year in the baseline scenario, around 9,900 tubes including additional projects, and up to 30,000 tubes per year for future growth. A new supplier must participate in a Double Measurement Programme during the first contract year. The procurement consists of one integrated lot, is evaluated using the best price-quality ratio, and has an estimated value of EUR 6,841,295. The initial term is six years from 1 January 2027, with five optional one-year extensions. Tenders must be submitted by 16 October 2026 at 08:00 and remain valid for 120 days.
