Long-term rental of passenger cars for 24 months for the AZS UMCS Lublin University Club

Summary

The tender concerns the paid long-term rental of 8 passenger cars for 24 months, including comprehensive servicing, tyres and replacement vehicles. Each vehicle must be a new, previously unregistered 2025-or-newer passenger car with at least 5 seats, a 5-door C- or D-segment body, an automatic transmission and automatic air conditioning, together with the specified safety and comfort equipment. The fleet mileage limit is 320,000 km in total. The estimated contract value is PLN 232,550. Offers are evaluated by price (80%), delivery time (10%) and replacement-vehicle deployment time (10%).
