WGA own-risk insurance

Summary

The tender concerns insurance for Gemeente Tynaarlo’s WGA own-risk liability from 1 January 2027. The policy must cover all attributable WGA benefit costs, statutory employer charges and indexation, including run-off risk, for a three-year term with two optional one-year extensions. The relevant payroll base is EUR 18,323,914. The insurer must provide reintegration support, assistance with ZBO procedures and legal assistance, manage WIA files, provide a guarantee to UWV and accept WIA Beheer as intermediary.
