Hogeschool Utrecht is procuring a framework agreement for gifts, promotional items and customised promotional products, including sustainable and socially responsible options. The supplier must provide a branded online ordering environment connected to the contracting authority’s purchasing system, manage the complete logistics process and deliver throughout the Netherlands, with occasional delivery to neighbouring countries. The estimated maximum value, including optional volumes, is EUR 5,551,087 excluding VAT. The initial term is 24 months, with up to four 12-month extensions.
