Comprehensive organisation of the 2027 Three Kings Parade in Mérida

Summary

The Mérida City Council is procuring the comprehensive organisation of the 2027 Three Kings Parade, to be held on 5 January 2027. The procurement is divided into three lots: the supply of sweets, promotional items and gifts for distribution to the public; the acquisition of three parade floats for the Three Kings; and the organisation, coordination, production and delivery of the parade. The total budget including VAT is EUR 160,032.15; the lot budgets are EUR 69,835.15, EUR 47,000 and EUR 43,197 respectively.
