Medical and technical gas supply and co-maker partnership

Summary

The tender concerns a single framework agreement for supplying medical and technical gases and providing two full-time on-site co-makers for the University Medical Centre Groningen. Deliveries are required to the UMCG site in Groningen, Beatrixoord in Haren and the Kernfysisch Versneller Instituut in Groningen. Estimated annual quantities are 6,900 cylinders, 600,000 kg of oxygen, 29,000 kg of carbon dioxide and 450,000 kg of nitrogen. The initial term is four years from 1 January 2027, with three possible two-year extensions, for a maximum term of ten years. The contract is awarded on the basis of the best price-quality ratio: total price 80%, implementation 5%, co-maker function 10% and service and contract performance 5%.
