Secure formalin specimen containers

Summary

The tender covers the supply of secure formalin specimen containers to the Civil Hospitals of Colmar in two lots: containers with a total capacity of approximately 60 ml, pre-filled with at least 20 ml of buffered 4% formalin, and containers with a total capacity of approximately 250 ml, pre-filled with at least 100 ml of buffered 4% formalin. This is a framework agreement under which orders will be placed; the maximum quantities are the forecast quantities for each lot multiplied by ten. The initial contract period runs from notification until 30 November 2027 and may be automatically renewed annually three times, but not beyond 30 November 2030. Bidders may submit offers for, and be awarded, both lots. Bids must be submitted electronically and signed electronically; electronic invoicing is required during contract performance. The evaluation weights are 40% for price, 55% for technical merit and 5% for environmental characteristics. Bids must remain valid for 8 months.
