Major maintenance of N377 Slagharen–De Krim

Summary

The tender concerns major maintenance of the N377 section between Slagharen and De Krim in the municipality of Hardenberg. The works include asphalt and pavement works, partial replacement of pavement structures, removal and processing of materials, replacement of an existing traffic signal installation with an intelligent traffic signal installation, works on verges, bus stops, drainage, culverts, signs, road markings, public lighting and detection loops, as well as landscaping, water management, bank protection, traffic management and communications. The planned execution period is from 1 February to 26 November 2027. Price is the only award criterion. The tender must be submitted electronically in Dutch by 19 October 2026 at 13:00 and remain valid for 70 days. Tenderers must demonstrate technical capacity through ISO 9001:2015 and VCA** or equivalent certification and the required reference project. Contract performance includes a 1% Social Return obligation and the basic requirements for clean and emission-free construction.
