Procurement of detainee care services

Summary

The tender concerns the provision of detainee care services for the Police throughout the Netherlands. Providers that meet the requirements will be admitted to the next stage and, following the registration and clarification rounds, may conclude an agreement with the Police. The contracting authority will then organise mini-competitions at unit level, in which contracted providers may choose whether to participate. The estimated total value is EUR 9,000,000 excluding VAT over four years. The tender or request to participate must be submitted in Dutch by 21 September 2026 at 10:00. Electronic submission and variants are not allowed. Quality has a weighting of 100 points and price has a weighting of 0 points.
