Summary

The tender concerns a single-supplier framework agreement for incident management services in the area of Hoogheemraadschap Hollands Noorderkwartier. The work covers removing contamination from water systems, roads and flood protection structures, including unknown or hazardous liquids, fuel, oil, biological and chemical waste, asbestos, and drug-related waste. The contractor must provide round-the-clock response capacity and generally arrive at the incident site within 45 minutes.
