Review of the Spatial Development Vision of the Municipality of Zundert

Summary

The tender concerns the comprehensive review and updating of the spatial development vision of the Municipality of Zundert. The work includes policy analysis, integrated analysis of spatial challenges, management of participation and communication, preparation of a draft and final vision, support for the administrative decision-making process, and, where necessary, preparation of a plan-level environmental impact assessment screening or assessment. The bidder must submit a complete tender in Dutch by 14 September 2026 at 10:30. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the best price-quality ratio: price carries up to 20 points and quality up to 80 points. The tender must include, among other things, a signed pricing form, the European Single Procurement Document, a declaration concerning Russian sanctions, reference declarations, an action plan addressing the four quality criteria, and a business register extract. The proposed approach must take account of delivery of the draft vision in the second quarter of 2028 and the 1 July 2027 deadline for the housing programme.
