Veldhovenring works

Summary

The tender covers the comprehensive redevelopment of Veldhovenring and the northern side of Wilhelminapark in Tilburg. The works include replacing existing pavements and sewers, installing stormwater drainage and water storage, constructing bicycle lanes, adding greenery, and creating a climate-resilient and traffic-safe 30 km/h street environment. The planned execution period runs from 5 April 2027 to 25 February 2028. Bids must be submitted electronically by 4 November 2026 at 10:00. The contract will be awarded on the basis of the best price-quality ratio, taking into account the bid price, quality plans and the use of zero-emission equipment. The successful bidder must also meet a social return obligation of 1% per year, calculated on the actual invoiced costs excluding VAT.
