Summary

The tender covers a framework agreement with one supplier for ICT hardware and related services for four organisations. The supplier must provide a broad, manufacturer-independent range of laptops, monitors, tablets, mobile phones, accessories and related services, including laptop pre-provisioning, webshop implementation, delivery, warranty and repair services, stock management, device registration, and secure and sustainable processing of retired equipment. The initial operating period runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028, with up to four one-year extensions. The maximum contract value over the full term, including extensions, is EUR 8,000,000 excluding VAT. Tenders must be submitted by 22 September 2026 at 09:00. Awarding is based on the best price-quality ratio, covering price and quality criteria for stock management, delivery processes, pre-provisioning, repairs and hardware trade-in value. Regular orders must be delivered within 2 working days, and the supplier must maintain a strategic stock of at least 3% of the mobile device park in each category.
