School swimming transport

Summary

The tender concerns transporting pupils and their accompanying adults from primary schools in Dordrecht to the Optisport Sportboulevard swimming pool and back as part of the school swimming programme. The service covers six journeys per week during approximately 32 school weeks per year, using a touring coach or an equivalent vehicle with sufficient capacity. Journeys take place during school weeks, and pupils must arrive at the swimming pool at least 15 minutes before the swimming lesson starts. Bids must be submitted electronically by 14 September 2026 at 12:00. Price is the only award criterion. The contract starts on 2 November 2026 and initially runs until 1 August 2027; the contracting authority may extend it up to three times for 12 months, with a maximum end date of 1 August 2030. The bidder must comply with a 5% social return obligation and submit the required documents and price offer.
