Summary

The tender covers annual inspection and testing, maintenance, fault response, replacement, design, installation and supply of lifting and handling equipment, climbing equipment and fall-protection equipment at wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations in Waterschap Limburg’s northern area. The contractor must carry out a baseline inventory and condition survey of all assets during the first contract year, issue legally valid certificates and operate a digital web portal with free client access. This is a framework agreement with one contractor: the initial term is 24 months, with two possible 12-month extensions; the maximum framework value is EUR 500,000 excluding VAT. Tenders must be submitted digitally by 9 September 2026 at 13:00. The award criteria are price at 40% and quality at 60%.
