Window and facade cleaning services

Summary

The tender concerns window cleaning on both the inside and outside of police premises, as well as facade cleaning. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers North-East Netherlands, including North, East and Central Netherlands, with an estimated value of EUR 3,900,000; Lot 2 covers North-West Netherlands, including North Holland, Amsterdam and The Hague, with an estimated value of EUR 3,000,000. Each lot is planned for four years and may be renewed once. Bids may be submitted electronically for up to two lots, and up to two lots may be awarded. The bid must remain valid for three months, electronic invoicing is required and electronic catalogues are not permitted. The submission deadline is 7 September 2026 at 08:00.
