Summary

Gasunie is procuring a 10-year power purchase agreement for physically delivered electricity from a newly built offshore wind farm. The contract is planned to start on 1 January 2029 or 1 January 2030 and covers 40 MW for the full term, ending on 1 January 2039. Options include an additional 10 MW for EemsEnergyTerminal, subject to the relevant investment decision, and a further mutually agreed increase of up to 10 MW for at least one year. Associated traceable Guarantees of Origin must be delivered with the electricity. The tender is conducted electronically through Ariba, submissions must be in Dutch, variants are not allowed, and the deadline is 30 September 2026 at 11:00 (CEST). The lowest all-in price for electricity and Guarantees of Origin is the only award criterion and carries 100 points.
