Summary

The tender concerns security services for the new municipal office of Krimpenerwaard. The contractor must provide PAC monitoring, physical security, alarm response and mobile surveillance, closing rounds, reporting, and support for future digital security solutions. The contract runs for 2 years with 3 extension options of 2 years each. The award is based on best price-quality ratio. The bidder must submit the UEA, proof of legal signing authority, a reference project from the last 3 years, and later provide requested certificates and declarations such as the WPBR licence, GVA, tax/social security proof and insurance documents. Social Return applies at 5% of the bid amount.
