Summary

The tender concerns project management services for Biezonderwijs’ new location at Gershwinstraat 10 in Tilburg, including guidance for the design and realisation of the renovation/redevelopment project. The assignment covers the full project process from feasibility and programme of requirements through design, tendering, execution and aftercare. The estimated project value is about EUR 13 million including VAT. The award criteria are quality (60 points) and price (40 points). Bids must be submitted electronically in Dutch. The bidder must submit a signed UEA, answers to open questions, a price sheet and an hours estimate per phase. Two reference projects are required: one for preparing a programme of requirements based on an educational vision for a special education school, and one for managing a renovation project of at least 2,500 m² BVO. The successful bidder must later provide proof such as a trade register extract, conduct declaration, tax declaration and reference statement.
