Construction team for Rivierenbuurt reconstruction

Summary

This is a restricted works tender for a construction team partner for the integrated replacement of sewerage and the renewal of the public space in the Rivierenbuurt area of Bergen op Zoom. The selected contractor will first work in a construction team phase on design and tender documents, and may then be invited to price and execute the works. The project strongly focuses on sustainability, including greening and biodiversity, climate adaptation, circular and biobased construction, energy-efficient infrastructure and clean, emission-free construction.
