Summary

The tender concerns the supply, advice, design, furnishing and, where applicable, maintenance of educational furniture for the contracting authority’s school locations. The contract is divided into two lots: classroom and office furniture, and project interior furnishing. The buyer plans to contract three suppliers per lot and use mini-competitions for individual orders. A bidder must submit a signed ESPD/UEA, meet the exclusion rules, and prove experience with one relevant reference per lot. The bidder must also have ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent quality management and ISO 14001 or equivalent environmental management. The tender documents also require a service desk, complaint handling, Dutch language capability, delivery within eight weeks, after-sales support, durability, sustainability measures, and specific product requirements for chairs, tables, desks and cabinets.
