Pest control

Summary

The tender concerns pest control services and the supply of pest control products for mboRijnland’s eight main buildings, with the possibility to scale locations up or down under the same contract terms. The contractor must provide preventive pest management, monitoring, inspections, corrective pest control, electronic insect trap maintenance and related products. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030, with one supplier selected and a possible standby contract for the second-ranked bidder. The award criteria are price and quality. The bidder must submit a signed ESPD, answers to open questions, a price sheet and a sample monthly invoice, and must meet the stated experience requirements and later provide proof documents if awarded.
