Summary

The tender concerns a data-driven audit approach for Dutch local public broadcasters. The buyer seeks one contractor to provide phased audit and assurance services for 80 local broadcasters and optionally NLPO, using digital tools, data analysis, automation, APIs and possibly AI support. The bidder must show experience with digital collaboration, multi-entity audits, data intake methods, and the use of digital controls, APIs, AI tools, data analysis and IT general/application controls. The notice also requires a registered statutory auditor and professional liability insurance of at least EUR 750,000 per year with 2 years’ run-off cover.
